Elite Realty Belize is a full-service real estate brokerage co-founded by Gabriel Zetina, a
seasoned real estate professional with nearly a decade of experience in Belize’s property
industry.

Gabriel began his real estate journey at just 18 years old, shortly after graduating high school.
His introduction to the industry started at Keller Williams Belize – ‘Front Street Realty’, where
he entered with no title and no expectation of immediate reward. Determined to build a career, he
worked as a cleaner and intern, often without pay, simply for the opportunity to learn the
business from the ground up. Through consistency, discipline, and dedication, he advanced to
Office Administrator, gaining hands-on experience in contracts, listings, operations, and client
coordination.

At the age of 20, Gabriel officially became a real estate agent, making him one of the youngest
real estate agents in Belize at the time, by joining Coldwell Banker Ambergris Caye Realty,
where he continued to refine his skills and deepen his understanding of Belize’s growing island
real estate market.

When the Coldwell Banker franchise transitioned and Compass Premier Realty was established,
Gabriel remained with the firm, committing himself to growth, stability, and long-term client
relationships. Over the next eight and a half years, he built a solid reputation representing local
and international clients in residential, beachfront, land, and investment transactions.
Now, as 2026 begins, Gabriel has taken the next natural step in his professional evolution by
founding Elite Realty Belize LLP. As Co-Owner, Broker, and Lead Team Leader, he brings
together ten years of hands-on experience, deep local knowledge, and a clear vision to provide
clients with informed guidance, ethical representation, and results grounded in trust and
professionalism.

Raised in San Pedro Town, Ambergris Caye, Gabriel’s understanding of real estate extends
beyond transactions. His approach is shaped by community awareness, long-term value, and
responsible development.

In addition to his work in real estate, Hon. Gabriel Zetina currently serves as a Senator of Belize,
bringing a strong understanding of governance, regulation, and public accountability to his
professional practice. This experience reinforces his commitment to transparency, integrity, and
leadership, principles that guide the culture and operations of Elite Realty Belize.
